NEW YORK - Country star Blake Shelton is one of the judges on NBC's upcoming singing competition The Voice. Right now, he's got a few choice comments about his cell-phone provider, as his device keeps dropping a call, much to Shelton's rather vocal frustration.

"AT&T sucks. There's no excuse for being in downtown Los Angeles and your phone loses service. That's ridiculous," Shelton said while calling from the west coast today.

For Shelton, shooting the series means a lot of (pardon us, but we couldn't resist) Goodbye Time from his fianc�e, singer Miranda Lambert. The two are based in Oklahoma, but the series shoots in LA. "It's not easy. Nothing worth doing in this business is easy. We're making it as comfortable as we can. We had to move some things around and cancel a show or two," says Shelton.

Shelton and Lambert disagree on music -- he likes '80s country, she prefers bluegrass -- but they did agree on the entertainment at their upcoming wedding. "Neal McCoy is going to be playing there. We're really happy about that. He's somebody I've known for a long time. He's the most entertaining person out there," says Shelton.
