Tulisa Contostavlos starts her new job today
Tulisa Contostavlos oozed confidence as she turned up for her first day as an X Factor judge this afternoon.�
The N-Dubz star chose a low-cut lip-print black jumpsuit for her debut in Birmingham, teamed with bright red platform sandals.
With a slick up-do, the 22-year-old faced the cameras with scarlet lips and sexy lashes.
Xtra Factor presenters Olly Murs and Caroline Flack joined 2011 judges Tulisa, Louis Walsh, Gary Barlow and Kelly Rowland at the LG Arena for the opening day of auditions.
Tulisa Tweeted her excitement about her new job last night.
'Ive always loved the show and I want to thank you all for supporting me....' she wrote.
'On my journey this far,rest assured the Tulisa you know isn't going anywhere.I don't no how to be anything other than myself...
