Flo Rida and his posse were turned down at the Hudson Terrace Saturday.

Flo Rida was non grata early Saturday when he and his posse tried to gain entrance to Hudson Terrace. A source outside the club tells us the rapper arrived with a crew of about 15 around 1 a.m., and when most of the group refused to show ID to the bouncers, they were turned away at the door. "Don't you know who I am?" the insider tells us Flo hissed, before taking the hint and retreating with his crew.

Ben Stiller takes a jab at the quiet ones

Ben Stiller couldn't resist getting in a few shots at mild-mannered director Richard Ayoade at the Cinema Society's New York premiere of "Submarine" Sunday night. Before the flick got rolling, Stiller, who's the executive producer, compared the shy Ayoade to some of history's biggest loudmouths. "It's like Muhammad Ali, P.T. Barnum and Richard Ayoade," Stiller said. "The first time I met him he talked about what an incredible filmmaker he was. We call him 'The Mouth.'" Ayoade followed the funnyman and said he'd save his "thank you's" for Stiller for the end credits. "My voice is quite nasally and sarcastic, so to them it might sound more like an insult if I say their name," Ayoade said.

Hamptons hangout gets hip

Go East, young celeb. Hamptons hangout AXE Lounge is opening for Memorial Day weekend ? with a face-lift. (So stop referring to it as "Dune," which is so three years ago.) The Southampton nightclub, which has been a favorite of Josh Duhamel, Ryan Kwanten, Rihanna and Bryan Greenberg, will sport revarnished walls, new chandeliers and a holiday weekend lineup that includes DJ Jus Ske and Jesse Marco and an exclusive performance by Nadia Ali.

That's what we're 'Talking' about

For Talking Heads fans, "Heaven" was a place called the John Dory Oyster Bar on Wednesday night. We had to rub our eyes when we saw platinum-haired David Byrne and his former bandmate Jerry Harrison dining together at the Ace Hotel eatery. The two talents were celebrating a music-related milestone: Harrison's daughter Aishlin had just graduated from NYU's Clive Davis School of Music. Until she hits the big time, Aishlin is working as a hostess at Ken Friedman and April Bloomfield's other restaurant in the Ace, the Breslin. Having read there was bad blood between Byrne and his other former Heads mates, we expressed surprise at seeing the two together, and asked if they'd consider working together again. They agreed it wasn't out of the question. That would be cool. So would another "Casual Gods" album from Harrison, who now makes his home in the San Francisco Bay area.

Spare a wing?

Braylon Edwards has an appetite. A source tells us the 2010 Jet wide receiver and current free agent and a posse of 15 chowed down on $800 worth of chicken wings at the Ainsworth, while watching the Miami Heat-Chicago Bulls game at the Flatiron District eatery. Later, we hear, Edwards was spotted bouncing up and down on banquettes at Juliet Supperclub until the wee hours, while Solange Knowles deejayed.

What a way to burn off those wings.

NYU scrambles for new keynote speaker

David Pogue's domestic dispute with his estranged wife has left the National Center for Women & Information Technology scrambling for a new keynote speaker. The New York Times tech columnist was supposed to address members of the organization at its NYC summit at NYU tomorrow, but he's no longer on the bill. Pogue and his plastic-surgeon wife, Jennifer, were charged with disorderly conduct last week after a fight at their Westport, Conn., home reportedly turned physical and police intervened. Pogue's wife allegedly bit him on the arm and recorded part of the row on her iPhone. He allegedly hit her on the head with an old-school phone. At press time, a spokesman for the NCWIT said a new speaker had yet to be lined up.
