A troop leader looks to distribute flags. The Boy Scouts of America in conjunction with the Girl Scouts honored our nation's military personnel at the Annual Memorial Day Flag Placement ceremony. More than 3,000 Scouts and their adult leaders placed 87,000 American Flags on grave sites throughout the Los Angeles National Cemetery in West Los Angeles.
